Eric Koolstra - Owner and operator - Born of a love of fishing, Eric left the family dairy to build and run a trout hatchery. After 12 years it has been built up to his satisfaction and been expanded to include delivery and other species of fish.

Rod Beavers - Hatchery manager - Also a fisherman, Rod has been in the fish business for over 12 years - both raising and delivering fish. He has been with E & J for 3 years. He could be a member of the family, except for being a Huskers fan.

Jim King- Delivery driver - A Colorado native and avid fisherman, Jim has fished most waters in Colorado. Due to this knowledge he was persuaded to sell his dump truck and is enjoying delivering fish for daughter Jennie and son-in-law Eric during his "retirement."

Jennie Koolstra - Co-owner and office manager - Also "retired," Jennie left teaching high school Spanish and English to stay home with her kids and help run E&J Fish Farm. In addition to driving 6 year old Lia and 4 year old Mason between kindergarten and preschool, swimming and soccer; she now sells and schedules fish for the family business in all of her free time.
